Ingredients
  • 3 pcs Zucchini (magda type)
  • 3 pcs eggs
  • 1 cup chopped spring onion
  • 1/2 cup freshly chopped dill
  • 1/2 cup Freshly Chopped Parsley
  • 100 gram grated white cheese
  • 1 cup Plain Flour
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt to taste

  1. Peel & grate the zucchinis take the extra juice of zucchinis by squeezing them by hand add spring onion, dill, parsley & cheese beat the eggs slightly, add the eggs & mix add black pepper powder & flour & mix very well add salt and mix again cover the bowl & keep in fridge for 20 min
  2. Secret:
Cover the bowl & keep it in fridge for 20 minutes before frying for a greater taste
  3. heat the oil & add from the mixture to the pan use the spoon to form the fritters fry to golden both sides once golden, take them into paper towel to remove extra oil Serve with fresh yogurt
