Instructions
  1. Mix 4 tbsp gelatin powder with 4 tbsp cold water & set aside for 2 min.
  2. Add 1 cup boiling water in a bowl & add 4 tbsp of sugar & dissolve. Then add the gelatine in it & dissolve it completely. Then add the cooking cream or the vanilla ice cream & mix. Add the red food coloring. Mix it completely, if you're adding fruit essence, add it now.
  3. Cover bottom of a pie mold or a tray with plastic. Pour the gelatin liquid inside the mold through a sieve. Refrigerate it until its fully solid.
  4. Add the rest of gelatin powder ( 4 tbsp ) with 4 tbsp cold water & set aside for 2 min.
  5. Add the rest of sugar (4 tbsp) in a big bowl. Add 2 cups of boiling water in it & dissolve the sugar completely. Add the gelatine in it & dissolve it completely. Remove any foam from the surface. Add the clear jello to the serving glasses (keep the top of glass empty). Put the glasses in the fridge until they are half solid. You must remove the glasses from the fridge once hey are half solid, don't let the gelatin to set fully otherwise you cannot make the bubbles inside the gelatin.
  6. After setting the red gelatin, put some oil to a heart mold & start molding the gelatine.
  7. Once clear gelatin is half solid, slowing stir it with a fork. This will make bubble shapes inside the gelatin. Then put the heart gelatin inside them. Fill the glasses with the remaining clear gelatin. Clear gelatine shouldn't be too warm otherwise the hearts will melt. Then refrigerate them until fully set.
