Ingredients
  • 3 cups ChickpeasRaw or Canned
  • 1/2 cup Tahini
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 piece Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  1. If you are using the raw chickpeas, place them in the pressure cooker and add 5 cups of water and cook it for 40 minutes under the medium temperature.

  2. Once chickpeas are cooked, separate the water from them and let them cool down. After cooling, start peeling off the skin from the chickpeas.
