Ingredients
  • 3 cups Chopped Cabbage
  • 4 pcs Chopped Carrots
  • 2 cups Freshly Chopped Spinach
  • 1 cup Freshly Chopped Parsley
  • 1 cup Freshly Chopped Coriander
  • 3 cloves Freshly Crushed Garlic
  • 1/3 cup Canned Chickpeas
  • 1/3 cup Washed Lentils
  • 1/3 cup Washed White Beans
  • 1/8 cup Brown or White Rice
  • 1/8 cup BulgurYou can use any form of bulgur
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 piece Chopped Onion
  • Salt as needed

  1. Place the cooking pot over the medium to high heat and add 2 table spoon oil; let the oil get hot enough then add the onions and start frying until is soft.
