  3. Once the rice is clean and the water got clear; fill the bowl of rice with luke water enough to cover the rice and add 2 tsp salt and mix and set it aside.

  22. To transfer the rice from the pot into serving plate in order to get the crispy bread on the top of the serving plate, choose a serving plate with the size of the cooking pot; Place the serving plate upside down over the cooking pot;

  24. When you separate the pot from the plate you will end up with a beautiful crispy bread on the top of the serving plate, just like a cake. In order to have a better quality out of this dish, it is recommended to use the fresh dill.
