Under medium to high heat add 5 cups of water into a pot.
Drain the beans and add it to the pot.
Cover unto beans are half cooked.
Once beans are half cooked, add the potato.
Add 1 tsp black pepper & 1 tsp turmeric powder.
Add salt and stir.
Bring the heat to low till beans are cooked, add 1 cup water if needed.
Separately saute the onion in a pan.
After half golden add the rest of black pepper & turmeric powder ( 1 tsp each).
Saute for few seconds.
Then add the tomato paste and saute for few seconds.
Add half a cup boiling water & stir.
Let it boil for some seconds & then remove from heat.
Once beans are cooked, add the paste to the beans & mix.
Cover and let if cooke for another 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes its ready, remove & serve.
For garnishing, add the stew to the serving plate & clean the sides of serving plate.
Take a desired cookie mould & place in the center.
Fill the mould with chopped coriander or parsley.
Then remove the mould slowing.
Serve with fresh lemon juice & hot bread.
