|Fresh Garlic||5 Pcs|
|Red Chilli & Black Pepper Powder||Half a Teaspoon Each|
Peel off the the potatoes and grate all; Add the eggs to potatoes, crush the garlics and add to the potatoes and eggs, add the red chilli & black pepper powder as well as the salt and mix well.
Heat the frying pan and pour the mixture into the frying pan once the oil and hot; distribute evenly so it will cover all the pan. Cover the pan, set the heat to medium and let the mixture to cook until one side is golden brown. Now turn it to the other side, set the heat to medium low and let the other side also to be golden brown. Cover the pan and let it cook. At this time to you slice the potato patties into 4 or more pieces. Once the other side also turns to golden brown, it is time to remove it from the heat and it is ready to be served.
