Ingredients
  • 10 pcs Egg

  1. separate 10 egg whites and yolks
  2. beat the egg whites lightly and set aside
  3. whisk the egg yolks and set aside
  4. fill a pot with water and place over the heat
  5. place a heat resistant glass (same height as the pot) also inside the pot (in order the glass remains still in the pot, place spoons inside the glass to make it heavy)
  6. let the water in the pot get warm and start boiling along with the glass inside. (the glass must be get hot in parallel with the water)
  7. once the water started to boil, remove he glass from it and pour the egg whites inside the glass and place it back into the boiling pot and let it cook for 25-30 minutes and place a lid over the glass as well
  8. after 25-30 minutes remove the glass from the pot and using a rolled thick plastic sheet (rolled to the size of the egg yolk of the egg) & insert it in the middle of the egg white to create a hole in the middle.
  9. to remove it, simply cover the top hole of the rolled sheet with you hand and remove it easily. now you have a hole in the middle of the egg white
  10. pour the hole with the egg yolk and place it back to the boiling pot and let it cook for another 25-30 minutes and place the lid as well
  11. after 25-30 minutes remove the glass from the heat and now using a plastic bottle which is cut from the above and bottom (can be bottle of any material) remove the whole egg from the glass.
  12. cut the top and bottom of the egg and you will end up having a long egg to surprise your guests.
