pour the milk into a pot under the medium heat uncovered and let it boil
once boiled. keep stiring it
once milk starts evaporating the color of milk will change and will start thickening. keep stiring,
if any of the milk sticked to the bottom of the pot remove the parts from the milk.
once milk evaporated to half, add saffron & cook for 10 minutes.

then add the sugar, mix & cook for another 10 minutes
then add the khoya (thickened milk) and mix well until it dissolves compeltely.

now add the pistachio flakes and cook for another 20 minutes
once the milk started to thicken, off the flame and add cardamom powder and mix
pour it into a metal mould
cover surface of the mixture with plastic tightly so no air can get inside
the cover it with aluminum foil tightly
and wrap it with plastic tightly and keep it in the freezer for at least 5 to 6 hours.
