Ingredients
  • 250 gram Lamb, Beef or Goat Meat
  • 2 pcs Grated Onion
  • 2 tbsp Crushed Fresh Garlic & Ginger
  • 3 pcs Grated Tomatoes
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Powder
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Fresh or Dry Coriander

  1. Using a paper towel, dry the meat.

  2. Place the cooking pot over the medium to high heat and add 1 table spoon of Ghee (Natural Oil) into the pot.   3. Once the ghee is hot enough add the eat and brown both sides,

  9. Then add the grated tomatoes and mix well and continue frying for about 2 to 3 minutes;

  10. Then it is time to add the coconut powder and chopped fresh or dry coriander, mix well and fry for 1 minute;

  11. At the end add the garam masala & salt and mix it and fry for a minute. Cover the pot and let is cook for 5 minutes.

  12. After 5 minutes uncover the pot, add 1 glass of water to it and mix well, bring the temperature to medium to low  and let it cook until the meat is completely cooked and tender.

  13. Once you see the meat is soft and cooked perfectly, it is time to remove it from the heat and adding to the serving plate.

Recipe Notes

You can always adjust the spicy taste by increasing or decreasing the amount of spices and the red chilli pepper powder.
