Ingredients
  • 1 cup white bulgur
  • 1 piece diced tomato
  • 2 pcs diced onion
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
  1. under medium to high flame, fry the onions until half golden add the tomato paste & fry for few seconds add paprika & fry for few more seconds add the tomato & mix cover to cook for 2 minutes after 2 minutes add the bulgur and mix you don't need to soak or wash the bulgur, just add directly add salt add 2 cups of boiling water cover under medium heat until the water is evaporated
  2. Tips: 
for each 1 cup of bulgur always add 2 cups of water (means always double water)
 for cooking bulgur always add boiling water not cold water
  3. once the water is evaporated your bulgur is ready Tip:
 you can melt some butter over the cooked bulgur to make it taste greater if you wish Bulgur is a great replacement for white rice with lower calories
