Ingredients

  • 0/5 tbsp Garam MasalaIndian Spice
  • 1/2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • Salt as needed
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 tbsp Fresh or Dry CorianderFinely Chopped

  1. Marinate the chicken with half of red chilli powder, garam masala & turmeric powder; mix it well using your hands until it is mix throughly and put a aside.

  5. Now it is time to add all out spices such as turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder and coriander powder and continue to fry for about 2 minutes;

  6. Now it is time to add our marinated chicken to the cooking pot, mix the chicken with the paste until it is mix very well and add the salt and cover the pot and let it cook for about one minute.
