Ingredients
  • 500 gram Lamb or Beef Cubes
  • 6 pcs Carrot
  • 1 piece Chopped Onion
  • 4 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 piece Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 6 pcs Dried Plums
  • Salt as needed

  1. Peel off the carrots and chop them into small pieces just like french fries shapes.

  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the carrots until golden and then set it aside.

  3. Cook the meat separately until is completely cooked (you can use pressure cooker to accelerate the process) and once it’s cooked set it aside (you can keep the remaining water of the cooking meat to use it later in the main dish.

  4. Heat the oil in a separate pot and fry the onions until golden.

  5. Add the turmeric powder and fry it for another 1 minutes;

  8. Now add 2 cups of boiling water, dried plums and the fried carrots, salt as well as the water of the meat if you kept (the water amount must cover all the ingredients). Now let it cook under the medium to low heat for an hour.
