saute onions until half golden,
add the crushed garlic and saute a bit,
add the turmeric powder and saute a bit,
add the salt,
add the grated tomatoes and mix well,
cover the pot and let it come to boil.
once it comes to boil, add the rice and mix,
add water until half of the pot and cover and let it come to boil,
remember to mix the rice every 5 minutes in between to avoid sticking together while cooking,
once the rice is half cooked, add the parsley & cooked chickpeas,
cover it for 5 minutes,
add the sausages and cover until boiling,
once it is boiling, the food is ready,
remove from the heat & serve immediately.
Note 1: the chickpeas must be cooked prior to prepare the food in water, salt, black pepper powder and vegetable stock.
Note 2: the rice in this food must feel like half cooked.
